Nesting...

or at least gathering. I have been collecting fabrics and trims and all things bright and pretty for the girls bedroom for months. So far nothing has come of it - but the nesting bug has settled in, and I have decided to tackle the project (and I figured if I blogged about it I might be held more accountable to finish!). Stay tuned to see what comes from this delightful pile of stuff...

Happy Scrapping!

Back to School

Summer is officially over (I am speaking of the break from school, not the heat!) and Towsend and Province have both started back to school. They are happy because they both LOVE school, and I am happy because we are getting back into a routine (and its a little quieter around here a couple hours a week)! I scrapped a couple pages of the first day back...

Townsend is back to his same little preschool with the same teachers and therapists as last year, but this is his first year riding the bus! It was a hard decision for us to make, but he has been doing wonderful and seems to love it :) The little bus pulls up right in front of our house for pick up and drop off, and the bus drivers have all been so nice. I still need to snap some photos of him getting on!

Province is also back this year to her same wonderful little preschool. She asks every morning if she gets to go to school that day... It is her very favorite activity! Even better this year because several of her little friends are also in her class. She is so much fun to talk to, I love that we can carry on conversations, she is so smart and has a great sense of humor. It so fun to watch her little personality develop.

As for me, I am just counting down to this baby's arrival... three weeks to go! Now if we can just agree on a name...
